Na modrej soci\u00e1lnej sieti ste u\u017e ur\u010dite zaregistrovali mnoho pozit\u00edvnych ohlasov&#8230;<br \/>\nVeru, skvel\u00e1 organiz\u00e1cia, v\u00fdborn\u00fd v\u00fdber miesta, kvalitn\u00fd brand a k tomu perfektn\u00fd servis nie len pre porotu, ale hlavne pre s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiacich, ktor\u00ed si ho naozaj u\u017eili.<br \/>\nZ poh\u013eadu slovenskej \u00fa\u010dasti ma zaujala v\u0161ak in\u00e1 vec, ktor\u00e1 ma napadla a\u017e dnes r\u00e1no, ke\u010f som s v\u010fakou odpisoval \u00a0\u010deskej Brand Ambassadorke pre Beefeater gin Katke Kluchovej.<br \/>\n<!--more-->Neuvedomil som si to hne\u010f v ten s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00fd ve\u010der, preto \u017ee som bol tro\u0161ku sklaman\u00fd. Sklaman\u00fd slabou angli\u010dtinou slovensk\u00fdch barmanov, ke\u010f zo \u0161iestich s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiacich hovorili anglicky iba dvaja. Aj ke\u010f to nakoniec nebolo a\u017e tak\u00e9 podstatn\u00e9, je to len fakt, ktor\u00fd mi udrel do o\u010d\u00ed s porovnan\u00edm \u00a0s \u010desk\u00fdmi kolegami. Bol som sklaman\u00fd trochu aj v\u00fdkonmi, ktor\u00fdm nemo\u017eno uprie\u0165 snahu a chu\u0165 nie\u010do uk\u00e1za\u0165. O chyb\u00e1ch som hovoril priamo pri vyhlasovan\u00ed v\u00fdsledkov a boli adresovan\u00e9 hlavne s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiacim, preto by mali zosta\u0165 hlavne v ich hlav\u00e1ch v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee ich pova\u017euj\u00fa za opodstatnen\u00e9 a spr\u00e1vne. Pote\u0161il ma v\u0161ak pou\u017e\u00edvanie pekn\u00e9ho skla a invent\u00e1ru, v \u010dom vid\u00edm ur\u010dit\u00fd posun, ale to z\u010faleka nesta\u010d\u00ed.<br \/>\nPre\u010do v\u0161ak poklad\u00e1m ja angli\u010dtinu za tak\u00fa podstatn\u00fa? Preto \u017ee dnes sa v na\u0161ich s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiach st\u00e1va pravidlom, \u017ee v\u017edy v porote sed\u00ed aspo\u0148 jeden prest\u00ed\u017eny porotca hovoriaci v\u00fdlu\u010dne anglicky. A je nep\u00edsan\u00fdm pravidlom, \u017ee jeho n\u00e1zor m\u00e1 takmer v\u017edy najvy\u0161\u0161iu v\u00e1hu. A ako m\u00f4\u017ee barman zauja\u0165 porotcu svojou osobnos\u0165ou a \u00a0t\u00fdm, \u010do vytvoril, ke\u010f nehovor\u00ed jeho jazykom? Z \u010dasti m\u00f4\u017ee, ale v\u017edy je v nev\u00fdhode oproti t\u00fdm, \u010do jazyk ovl\u00e1daj\u00fa&#8230; Tu mus\u00edm vyzdvihn\u00fa\u0165 prejav Adama Hrapka, aj ke\u010f to \u017eia\u013e v\u00ed\u0165azstvo nezaru\u010dovalo, podobne ako u Zdenka Michl\u00edka.<br \/>\nUvedomil som si ale aj jednu ve\u013emi podstatn\u00fa a hlavne pozit\u00edvnu vec. \u017de sa tu objavili nov\u00ed barmani. Mlad\u00ed, ktor\u00ed zbieraj\u00fa sk\u00fasenosti. Pre Martina V\u00fdbocha z re\u0161taur\u00e1cie Riverside v Nitre, Martina \u017dupinu z Cuba Libre, sympatick\u00e9ho Kamila Stupavsk\u00e9ho z Foo Zou to bola v\u00f4bec prv\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161ia s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e, vlastne s\u00fa to men\u00e1, o ktor\u00fdch sme doteraz nepo\u010duli. Ve\u013emi fand\u00edm t\u00fdmto mlad\u00fdm chalanom a d\u00fafam, \u017ee sa aj napriek mno\u017estvu ch\u00fdb a ve\u013ekej d\u00e1vke stresu nenechaj\u00fa odradi\u0165 a bud\u00fa na sebe e\u0161te viac pracova\u0165 nie len v baroch, ale aj mimo neho. Ak sa zlep\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ca s n\u00e1rad\u00edm, s \u013eadom a bude sa viac rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 o hlavnom produkte a o hlavnej t\u00e9me danej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee a prid\u00e1 sa k tomu lep\u0161ie zvl\u00e1dnutie angli\u010dtiny, \u00faspech sa ur\u010dite dostav\u00ed. A mo\u017eno nejde a\u017e tak o ten \u00faspech. Ide predov\u0161etk\u00fdm o tom, aby ste spoznali kolegov, aby ste zapadli do \u00fa\u017easnej \u010desko-slovenskej komunity, ktor\u00e1 sa tu vytv\u00e1ra! Te\u0161\u00edm sa ve\u013emi tomuto pr\u00edstupu a \u00faprimne dr\u017e\u00edm palce.\u00a0Aj ke\u010f vyst\u00fapenie slovensk\u00fdch barmanov mohlo \u00a0v porovnan\u00ed s \u010desk\u00fdmi kolegami vyznie\u0165 z \u010dasti ako menej atrakt\u00edvne a profesion\u00e1lne, po po\u010diato\u010dnom sklaman\u00ed som optimista a te\u0161\u00edm sa z mlad\u00fdch barmanov. Prajem im ve\u013ea v\u00fddr\u017ee a chuti sa zlep\u0161ova\u0165 a aby sa hlavne nenechali odradi\u0165 ne\u00faspechmi. Na tie sa r\u00fdchlo zabudne a im sa na \u010fal\u0161ej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei prid\u00e1 rados\u0165 z toho, \u017ee s\u00fa o nie\u010do lep\u0161\u00ed ako na tej minulej.<br \/>\nNa druhej strane mi v\u0161ak nezch\u00e1dza z mysle jedna d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 vec. Na ka\u017edej takejto s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei prezentujeme slovensk\u00fd bartending do sveta. Porotca ako Sebastian Hamilton, glob\u00e1lny brand ambassador Beefeateru bude nies\u0165 pozit\u00edvne a aj negat\u00edvne dojmy zo s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiacich do cel\u00e9ho barmansk\u00e9ho sveta. Z ve\u013ekej \u010dasti sme na tejto s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei prezentovali slovensk\u00fa barov\u00fa kult\u00faru. A treba si \u00faprimne poveda\u0165, \u017ee sme tu \u0165ahali za ve\u013emi kr\u00e1tky koniec.<br \/>\nPevne ver\u00edm, \u017ee na nadch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej Havana Grand Prix, ktorej fin\u00e1le sa uskuto\u010dn\u00ed 28.11.2013 tie\u017e\u00a0spolo\u010dne s \u010cechmi v Prahe sa popri mlad\u00fdch barmanoch uk\u00e1\u017eu aj na\u0161i najlep\u0161\u00ed slovensk\u00ed barmani a popri Maro\u0161ovi Dzurusovi ochutn\u00e1me skvel\u00e9 drinky od Tom\u00e1\u0161a \u010cambala, Roba \u0160ajtlavu, Martina Hud\u00e1ka, \u0160abana, Tonyho Velicha, Mi\u0161ka Kobzu, Luk\u00e1\u0161a Valla, Tom\u00e1\u0161a Mitr\u00edka a mnoh\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch, ktor\u00ed ma v tomto momente nenapadn\u00fa, ale ak ich uvid\u00edm v predkole, budem naozaj r\u00e1d, \u017ee maj\u00fa chu\u0165 skvalitni\u0165 dom\u00e1ce postavenie slovesnk\u00e9ho bartendingu, od ktor\u00e9ho sa o\u010dak\u00e1va ove\u013ea viac, ako v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti pon\u00faka.
