Za tie \u0161tyri dni, ktor\u00e9 som str\u00e1vil v Hotelovej Akad\u00e9mie v Pie\u0161\u0165anoch sa vo mne vystriedali v\u0161etky mo\u017en\u00e9 pocity nad\u0161enia, sklamania, radosti, \u010di zbyto\u010dnosti.<br \/>\nZa \u00fa\u017easnej podpory p\u00e1na Ladislava Bla\u0161kovi\u010da, riadite\u013ea tejto \u0161koly, sa mi dostalo pr\u00edle\u017eitosti zorganizova\u0165 \u010fal\u0161iu \u010das\u0165 &#8220;School of Barkultur&#8221;, tento raz pre mlad\u00fdch \u0161tudentov. \u017diadalo by sa mi nap\u00edsa\u0165 jednoducho &#8220;barmansk\u00fd kurz&#8221;, ale toto slovn\u00e9 spojenie je tak zdevastovan\u00e9, \u017ee sa mi to len \u0165a\u017eko dost\u00e1va do \u00fast a do kl\u00e1vesnice, tak \u017ee by som sa v skuto\u010dnosti mohol za tak\u00fato \u010dinnos\u0165 aj hanbi\u0165.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nZa\u010dal som ve\u013emi optimisticky, s cie\u013eom uk\u00e1za\u0165 mlad\u00fdm \u0161tudentom \u0161t\u00fdl, ktor\u00fd im zaru\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee si hostia u nich bud\u00fa objedn\u00e1va\u0165 drinky bez toho, aby s nimi prehovorili. \u017de by svojou atrakt\u00edvnou pr\u00e1cou d\u00e1vali neverb\u00e1lne najavo, \u017ee to, \u010do robia robia dobre a oplat\u00ed sa im d\u00f4verova\u0165.<br \/>\nTr\u00e9novali sme mie\u0161anie v r\u00f4znych druhoch \u0161ejkroch, nalievanie s odmerkou, s purerom, \u010di bez&#8230; Tu som zneistel&#8230; Videl som, \u017ee to bude \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9, svetielko n\u00e1deje mi d\u00e1vali dva-tri prirodzen\u00e9 talenty, ktor\u00fdm niektor\u00e9 \u010dinnosti i\u0161li ve\u013emi dobre. Druh\u00fd de\u0148, po praktickom mie\u0161an\u00ed drinkov som vytriezvel. \u0160tudentom robil probl\u00e9m nalia\u0165 presne po \u010diaru v odmerke, vylievali, jednoducho robili nie\u010do, \u010do im v tej chv\u00edli bolo \u00faplne cudzie. Bol som \u00faplne sklaman\u00fd. Zo \u0161tudentov, ale hlavne zo sam\u00e9ho seba. Dokonca \u00a0som si v tej chv\u00edli spomenul aj na p\u00e1na Rotha, o ktorom hovor\u00edme, \u017ee kurz rob\u00ed iba preto, aby zarobil peniaze a \u017ee vlastne nem\u00e1 t\u00fdm \u0161tudentom \u010do pon\u00faknu\u0165, lebo to nie je \u010dlovek z praxe a t\u00fdm nem\u00e1 \u0161ancu nikoho nadchn\u00fa\u0165. Som vari tak\u00fd aj ja? Naozaj sme ho obvi\u0148ovali nepr\u00e1vom, naozaj on za to nem\u00f4\u017ee, \u017ee tie &#8220;deti&#8221; sa nevedia ni\u010d poriadne nau\u010di\u0165? Postupne som v\u0161ak prich\u00e1dzal na to, \u017ee \u00a0je chyba vo mne. \u017de som mal pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ek\u00e9 o\u010dak\u00e1vania, \u017ee som nepochopil moju \u00falohu. Ve\u010der, na ceste domov mi to do\u0161lo. Nem\u00f4\u017eem predsa presko\u010di\u0165 z\u00e1klady. Nemo\u017eem niekoho u\u010di\u0165 nalieva\u0165 tak, ako som sa u\u010dil ja po piatich rokoch praxe. Nem\u00f4\u017eem niekoho u\u010di\u0165 \u0161ejkrova\u0165 \u0161t\u00fdlom, ak\u00fdm \u0161ejkrujem po 15tich rokoch za barom. \/To nechcem teda tvrdi\u0165, \u017ee nem\u00e1m \u010do zlep\u0161ova\u0165:)\/<br \/>\nRozm\u00fd\u0161\u013eal som, \u010do m\u00e1 \u0161tudentom po mne zosta\u0165. U\u010di\u0165 ich 40 r\u00f4znych drinkov, ktor\u00fdch recept\u00fary aj tak po t\u00fd\u017edni zabudn\u00fa? Nie len \u017ee zabudn\u00fa, ale nebud\u00fa schopn\u00ed sa ich za dva dni ani poriadne nau\u010di\u0165? Na\u010do im to bude? Ve\u010f recept\u00fary n\u00e1jdu v dobr\u00fdch knih\u00e1ch a na kvalitn\u00fdch internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nkach. Povedal som si, \u017ee sa budem koncentrova\u0165 na in\u00e9 veci. Toho najpodstatnej\u0161ieho v na\u0161om biznise. Druh\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 bol dlh\u00fd praktick\u00fd tr\u00e9ning. Mo\u017eno trochu nudn\u00fd a jednotv\u00e1rny. N\u00e1js\u0165 aspo\u0148 p\u00e1r mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00fdm uk\u00e1\u017eem kr\u00e1su n\u00e1\u0161ho povolania, pribl\u00ed\u017eim, ako sa d\u00e1 re\u00e1lne pracova\u0165 a t\u00fdm, \u017ee \u010dlovek rob\u00ed to, \u010do ho bav\u00ed, si dokonca dok\u00e1\u017ee zarobi\u0165 aj peniaze.<br \/>\nS\u00fadiac pod\u013ea spr\u00e1v od samotn\u00fdch \u0161tudentov si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee sa mi to podarilo.
