T\u00fdchto s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 som absolovoval ako porotca bolo nepomerne viac, preto si dovol\u00edm p\u00e1r postrehov zo slovensk\u00e9ho predkola prest\u00ed\u017enej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee Havana Club Grand Prix, ktor\u00e1 sa konala 18.11. v na\u0161om nitrianskom Z\u00e1hire.<br \/>\nTo, \u017ee ju minim\u00e1lne v na\u0161om pon\u00edman\u00ed pova\u017eujem za prest\u00ed\u017enu, dokonca by som povedal, \u017ee najprest\u00ed\u017enej\u0161iu u n\u00e1s hovor\u00ed viacero faktov.<br \/>\nPrv\u00fd je ten, \u017ee sa m\u00e1 vysoko st\u00fapaj\u00facu tendenciu v pon\u00edman\u00ed kvality. Drinkov aj prezent\u00e1ci\u00ed. Teda prihl\u00e1\u0161ky s drinkami poslalo a\u017e 16! To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u017ee m\u00e1me spolo\u010dn\u00e9 fin\u00e1le s \u010desk\u00fdmi barmanmi v Prahe, sme po prv\u00fd kr\u00e1t museli urobi\u0165 predkolo! Nemuseli sme nikoho prosi\u0165, ani prehov\u00e1ra\u0165. Sami barmani chceli a pracovali na tom, aby sa prezentovali v \u010do najlep\u0161om svetle a kvalite.<br \/>\nMen\u00e1 v\u0161etk\u00fdch postupuj\u00facich s\u00fa v\u0161eobecne zn\u00e1me. U\u017e ich neozna\u010dujeme ako mlad\u00fdch barmanov. U\u017e s\u00fa to barmani, ktor\u00fd profesne vyr\u00e1stli, rozkukali sa, nau\u010dili sa komunikova\u0165 a k tomu pridali kusisko barmanskej profesionality a zru\u010dnosti. Pozeraj\u00fa sa na to, ako sa to rob\u00ed aj za na\u0161imi hranicami, in\u0161piruj\u00fa sa a vzdel\u00e1vaj\u00fa. Objavuj\u00fa sa v \u010dl\u00e1nkoch, s\u00fa \u017eiadan\u00ed, aby vyslovili svoj n\u00e1zor. Nov\u00e1 barmansk\u00e1 gener\u00e1cia, ktor\u00e1 zostala na Slovensku. Sami u\u017e sl\u00fa\u017eia ako in\u0161pir\u00e1cia pre mlad\u00fdch barmanov. Brav\u00f3! Tlieskam na znak uznania. Znakom kvality je aj to, \u017ee za dverami postupu zostali men\u00e1 ako Tom\u00e1\u0161 \u010cambal, \u010di Luk\u00e1\u0161 K\u00e1\u010der. Prizn\u00e1m sa, \u017ee pred s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eou by som si nedok\u00e1zal tipn\u00fa\u0165 z t\u00fdch v\u0161etk\u00fdch mien 5 postupuj\u00facich.<br \/>\nAby ste ma nepochopili zle. Nechcem z t\u00fdchto barmanov u\u017e robi\u0165 hviezdy, \u010di mentorov. Ur\u010dite sa e\u0161te maj\u00fa \u010do u\u010di\u0165, tak, ako v\u0161etci. Ale nemo\u017eno si nev\u0161imn\u00fa\u0165, \u017ee s\u00fa to oni, ktor\u00fdch pr\u00e1ca bav\u00ed a \u017ee aspo\u0148 p\u00e1r na\u0161ich barov vyzer\u00e1 tak, \u017ee sa tam d\u00e1 dosta\u0165 kvalitn\u00fd, profesion\u00e1lne pripraven\u00fd drink so v\u0161etk\u00fdm, \u010do k tomu patr\u00ed. Obdivuhodn\u00e9 je to, \u017ee zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa na Slovensku.<br \/>\nNemysl\u00edm to teraz ako posolstvo na\u0161ej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee, ale pri vyhlasovan\u00ed v\u00fdsledkov a z\u00e1vere\u010dnej re\u010di ma napadli slov\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 chcem tlmo\u010di\u0165 aj prostredn\u00edctvom blogu:<br \/>\nBolo pre m\u0148a obrovskou rados\u0165ou, \u017ee Z\u00e1hir bol miestom stretnutia pravej slovenskej barovej komunity. Takej, ktor\u00e1 sa nebratr\u00ed\u010dkuje za nejak\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, nepod\u00e1va si ruky preto, aby za to nie\u010do dostala. Bola tam preto, \u017ee ju to bav\u00ed by\u0165 spolu, mo\u017eno z \u010dasti medzi sebou s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei\u0165, stretn\u00fa\u0165 sa, vypi\u0165 si p\u00e1r Cuba Libre, \u010di poh\u00e1r Champagne a pozrie\u0165 sa na to, ako to robia ostatn\u00ed. Ne\u017eijeme v \u013eahkej dobe, slovensk\u00e1 barov\u00e1 sc\u00e9na akoby zmizla z mapy sveta. Aj \u00faspe\u0161n\u00ed barmani vonku s\u00fa viac prezentovan\u00ed ako z UK, a to, \u017ee s\u00fa Slov\u00e1ci sa spom\u00edna len m\u00e1lokde. Pr\u00e1vom. Slovensko m\u00e1 len m\u00e1li\u010dko barov, kde sa d\u00e1 \u00eds\u0165 na drink. A aj to, \u010do tu m\u00e1me nie je progres\u00edvne, o\u010daruj\u00face a l\u00e1kaj\u00face na n\u00e1v\u0161tevu svetov\u00fdch barmansk\u00fdch hviezd tak, ako to bolo v minulosti. Rob\u00edme vlastne to, \u010do sa od n\u00e1s \u010dak\u00e1. Sl\u00fa\u017eime slovensk\u00e9mu hos\u0165ovi. A ten, nem\u00e1 tak\u00e9 n\u00e1roky a pe\u0148a\u017eenku, ako hos\u0165 zahrani\u010dn\u00fd. A zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch nem\u00e1me. Za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh? Z \u010dasti \u00e1no, ale aj napriek zlej atmosf\u00e9re, ktor\u00e1 je \u00a0ovplyvnen\u00e1 aj slovenskou politikou a zl\u00fdm pr\u00edstupom, im pon\u00fakame kus ve\u013ek\u00e9ho barov\u00e9ho sveta. Je to na t\u00fdchto barmanoch, ktor\u00ed svojim pr\u00edstupom k remeslu ukazuj\u00fa be\u017en\u00e9mu \u010dloveku, ovplyvnen\u00e9mu kult\u00farou piva, v\u00edna a coctailov\u00fdch pubov, \u017ee sa d\u00e1 vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das str\u00e1vi\u0165 aj kvalitnej\u0161ie v baroch, kde person\u00e1l svojej pr\u00e1ci naozaj rozumie a m\u00e1 ju r\u00e1d. Preto \u017ee ne\u00faprimn\u00fdch amat\u00e9rov, nie len barov\u00fdch, ale aj politick\u00fdch je u n\u00e1s stra\u0161ne ve\u013ea.<br \/>\nT\u00fdch p\u00e1r barov a barmanov tu je na to, aby dr\u017eali vlajku barmansk\u00e9ho remesla. Aby hos\u0165ovi nie len pripravili skvel\u00fd drink, zo surov\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 dobre poznaj\u00fa, ovl\u00e1daj\u00fa ich v\u00fdrobu a hist\u00f3riu, ale mu napr\u00edklad poradili, kam sa oplat\u00ed \u00eds\u0165 na drink v Mn\u00edchove, v New Yorku, alebo hoci aj v Prahe.<br \/>\nSom nesmierne r\u00e1d, \u017ee sa t\u00fdch \u0161trn\u00e1s\u0165 barmanov, ktor\u00ed sa prihl\u00e1sili na t\u00fato s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e venovalo zna\u010dke Havana Club. \u017de aspo\u0148 na chv\u00ed\u013eu sa zamysleli nad jej domovom, ale aj nad t\u00fdm, z \u010d\u00edm ju spoji\u0165, aby o\u010darili porotu. Patr\u00ed im re\u0161pekt, \u017ee obetovali svoj \u010das a pri\u0161li do Nitry. Niektor\u00ed nasadli hne\u010f po pr\u00e1ci do vlaku, aby o p\u00e1r hod\u00edn nesk\u00f4r mohli prezentova\u0165 svoj drink in\u0161pirovan\u00fd Kubou.<\/p>\n<p>Te\u0161\u00ed ma, \u017ee do poroty prijali pozvanie Benji Benian \/Bentiana\/ \u00a0a Willi Masn\u00fd \/Jerry`s bar\/, ktor\u00fd rozhodli o piatich postupuj\u00facich do pra\u017esk\u00e9ho fin\u00e1le:<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f3bert \u0160ajtlava \/Lemon Tree, Bratislava\/<br \/>\nMartin Hud\u00e1k \/Dublin Caf\u00e9, Pre\u0161ov\/<br \/>\nMichal Kobza \/Sky bar, Bratislava\/<br \/>\nAnton Velich \/Sky bar, Bratislava\/<br \/>\nMichal \u010eurin\u00edk \/Black Angel`s, Praha\/<\/p>\n<p>O kr\u00e1snom pra\u017eskom fin\u00e1le sa do\u010d\u00edtate v decembrovom \u010d\u00edsle Bar Magaz\u00ednu, ale ur\u010dite viete,
