Ako spom\u00ednam v \u00favode, najprv som naozaj nevedel, \u010do budem o tomto \/pre mnoh\u00fdch\/ nudnom barovom n\u00e1rad\u00ed p\u00edsa\u0165, nakoniec sa mi tak rozbehli prsty po kl\u00e1vesnici, \u017ee to bolo hotov\u00e9 za dvadsa\u0165 min\u00fat. Nie je to v\u0161ak len o \u0161ejkri. Je to o pr\u00edstupe, tak ak m\u00e1te chu\u0165 nie\u010do k tomu poveda\u0165, budem ve\u013emi r\u00e1d. E\u0161te chcem v\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho \u010ditate\u013ea poprosi\u0165, aby nep\u00e1tral, v ktorom bare som \u010derpal in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu, v\u00f4bec to nie je podstatn\u00e9. Tak\u00fdch barov je u n\u00e1s \u017eia\u013e e\u0161te dos\u0165&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>STRAINER<\/p>\n<p>Prizn\u00e1m sa, \u017ee mi chodili zimomriavky po tele, ke\u010f som dostal za \u00falohu p\u00edsa\u0165 o\u00a0tomto barovom n\u00e1rad\u00ed. \u010co sa len o\u00a0tomto nudnom \u201ecedidle\u201c d\u00e1 nap\u00edsa\u0165? To, \u017ee sl\u00fa\u017ei na to, aby sa vy\u0161ejkrovan\u00fd \u013ead nedostal do poh\u00e1ra, v\u00a0ktorom sa n\u00e1poj serv\u00edruje? Ve\u010f to vedia v\u0161etci barmani!<\/p>\n<p>A\u017e minul\u00fd piatok, ke\u010f som nav\u0161t\u00edvil jeden cocktailov\u00fd bar v\u00a0jednom malom slovenskom meste mi otvoril o\u010di a\u00a0uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee to tak z\u010faleka nie je! Som si ist\u00fd, \u017ee toto nie je jedin\u00fd bar u\u00a0n\u00e1s, kde maj\u00fa iba jeden \u00faboh\u00fd strainer zapadnut\u00fd prachom, hoden\u00fd niekde v\u00a0k\u00fate a\u00a0pri jeho k\u00fape mu nevenovali \u017eiadnu pozornos\u0165, preto \u017ee ho v\u00f4bec nevedia pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 a\u00a0neuvedomuj\u00fa si jeho v\u00fdznam. Ale kupovali si ho preto, lebo je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou barmansk\u00e9ho setu, tak logicky patr\u00ed medzi z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 barov\u00e9 pom\u00f4cky. Pre\u010do sa potom nepou\u017e\u00edva? Pre\u010do sa potom do drinku dost\u00e1va nekvalitn\u00fd \u013ead a\u00a0hos\u0165 tak nem\u00e1 mo\u017enos\u0165 spozna\u0165 skuto\u010dn\u00fa kvalitu? V\u00a0pou\u017eit\u00ed jedn\u00e9ho kusu barov\u00e9ho n\u00e1radia sa \u010dasto m\u00f4\u017ee skr\u00fdva\u0165 celkov\u00fd pr\u00edstup k\u00a0hos\u0165ovi a\u00a0pr\u00edstupu k\u00a0sam\u00e9mu sebe. Pri takomto sp\u00f4sobe predaja drinkov sa str\u00e1ca ak\u00e1ko\u013evek \u00facta k\u00a0remeslu, ktor\u00e9 sa treba poriadne nau\u010di\u0165. Tu je pr\u00e1ve ten rozdiel, \u010di idem zarobi\u0165 peniaze, alebo m\u00e1m hlavn\u00fd cie\u013e posun\u00fa\u0165 svoj bar a\u00a0sam\u00e9ho seba do inej roviny. Do roviny kvality a\u00a0zodpovednosti.<br \/>\nPoveda\u0165 si, \u017ee na\u010do to budem robi\u0165, aj tak m\u00e1m bar pln\u00fd a\u00a0\u013eu\u010fom je to aj tak jedno, je pr\u00edli\u0161 plytk\u00e9 a\u00a0z\u00a0profesion\u00e1lneho h\u013eadiska hodn\u00e9 v\u00fdsmechu. A\u00a0tak isto v\u00fdhovorka, \u017ee nem\u00e1m dostatok \u013eadu v\u00a0dne\u0161nom \u010dase nadstavenej kvality neobstoj\u00ed.<br \/>\nS\u00e1m nem\u00e1m \u010dist\u00e9 svedomie, preto \u017ee sme takmer pred 10-timi rokmi za\u010d\u00ednali v\u00a0Nitre tak isto. Mali sme mal\u00fd v\u00fdrobn\u00edk \u013eadu, ktor\u00fd vyrobil \u00faboh\u00fdch 45 kg \u013eadu za 24 hod\u00edn a\u00a0pri ne\u010dakanom z\u00e1ujme o\u00a0mie\u0161an\u00e9 drinky jeho kapacita jednoducho nesta\u010dila. Trvalo n\u00e1m necel\u00fd rok, pokia\u013e sme si k\u00fapili nov\u00fd, schopn\u00fd vyrobi\u0165 tri kr\u00e1t to\u013eko. Odvtedy sa \u013ead zo \u0161ejkra nedostal do hos\u0165ovho poh\u00e1ra a\u00a0ja som musel dok\u00fapi\u0165 e\u0161te p\u00e4\u0165 strainerov.<\/p>\n<p>Zaujala ma e\u0161te jedna technika, ktor\u00fa som dokonca videl aj na videu z\u00a0nejakej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee, ale aj v\u00a0re\u00e1lnom barovom prostred\u00ed. Ak barman rob\u00ed kr\u00e1tky cocktail a\u00a0mus\u00ed ho po vy\u0161ejkrovan\u00ed prelia\u0165 do poh\u00e1ra bez \u013eadu \u2013 v\u00a0drvivej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine v-shape.  Barman po vy\u0161ejkrovan\u00ed v\u00a0Boston \u0161ejkri, alebo v\u00a0Tin &amp; Tin \u0161ejkri vlo\u017e\u00ed pr\u00e1zdnu \u010das\u0165, teda t\u00fa, s\u00a0ktorou ho dr\u017eal vo svojich \/niekedy aj v spoten\u00fdch\/ ruk\u00e1ch do \u010dasti, kde m\u00e1 drink a\u00a0t\u00fdm zabr\u00e1ni preliatiu \u013eadu do poh\u00e1ra. Z\u00a0toho mi je naozaj u\u017e smutno&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ako vidie\u0165, pou\u017e\u00edvanie strainera nazna\u010d\u00ed o\u00a0bare ve\u013emi ve\u013ea. Strainer nestoj\u00ed ve\u013ea.
