To si v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduje pravideln\u00e9 postovanie a toto v mojom pracovnom \u017eivote nejde nejako sk\u013abi\u0165. Tak len sporadicky, ak je tro\u0161ku \u010dasu zverejn\u00edm aspo\u0148 nie\u010do, \u010do by mohlo by\u0165 zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 a in\u0161pirova\u0165.<br \/>\n<!--more-->My v Z\u00e1hire milujeme leto a sna\u017e\u00edme sa vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 to prav\u00e9, lok\u00e1lne ovocie, aby sme ho uk\u00e1zali hos\u0165om nie len v spojen\u00ed s pr\u00e9miov\u00fdm alkoholom, alebo v popul\u00e1rnej limon\u00e1de, ale hlavne, aby v drinku bolo c\u00edti\u0165 jeho prav\u00fa chu\u0165. Pripravujeme si nie\u010do aj na zimu, hr\u00e1me sa so Shrubmi, za\u010dali sme testova\u0165 r\u00f4zne octy, aby sme ich vyladili a na\u0161li tie spr\u00e1vne chute, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa vyhovova\u0165 slovensk\u00fdm hos\u0165om.<br \/>\nV\u010dera r\u00e1no som na tr\u017enici na\u0161iel \u0161\u0165ave\u013e. Nie je to samozrejme ni\u010d nov\u00e9, pravidelne ho kupuje babka m\u00f4jmu synovi, ktor\u00fd miluje jeho kysl\u00fa chu\u0165. Na na\u0161ej tr\u017enici ho volaj\u00fa \u0160\u00f3\u0161ka. Urobil som z neho jednoduch\u00fd sirup, ktor\u00fd si m\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 pripravi\u0165 pod\u013ea receptu na konci \u010dl\u00e1nku.<br \/>\nZ neho som najprv urobil limon\u00e1du. Aj ke\u010f \u0161\u00f3\u0161ka v sirupe stratila nie\u010do zo svojej pr\u00edjemnej kyslosti, ktor\u00e1 sa ukr\u00fdva hlavne v kr\u00e1tkej stonke, v sirupe m\u00e1 tak\u00fa pr\u00edjemne kyslasto-tr\u00e1vnat\u00fa chu\u0165 pripom\u00ednaj\u00faci dobr\u00fd Sauvignon Blanc. Limon\u00e1da sa chytila, netradi\u010dn\u00e1, svie\u017ea chu\u0165 oslovila. Viem si ju dobre predstavi\u0165 aj s ginom ako collins. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dne dnes nebolo a\u017e tak teplo, \u017ee by vyprahnut\u00e9 \u00fasta plaziaceho sa z\u00e1kazn\u00edka \u017eiadali nie\u010do ve\u013ek\u00e9 na osvie\u017eenie.<br \/>\nBolo len ot\u00e1zkou \u010dasu, ke\u010f si nejak\u00fd hos\u0165 na z\u00e1klade \u00fastneho odpor\u00fa\u010dania na limon\u00e1du vy\u017eiada nie\u010do s alkoholom. N\u00e1\u0161 Jonny reagoval na to ve\u013emi priamo\u010diaro, v z\u00e1sade jednoducho ale \u010do bolo podstan\u00e9, reagoval r\u00fdchlo a s dobr\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkom a pripravil v\u00fdborn\u00fd, svie\u017ei a netradi\u010dn\u00fd Gimlet. Jednoduch\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160\u0164AVE\u013dOV\u00c1 LIMON\u00c1DA:<br \/>\n40 ml \u0161\u0165ave\u013eov\u00e9ho sirupu<br \/>\n15 ml limetovej \u0161\u0165avy<br \/>\n4 kockky \u013eadu<br \/>\n3 l\u00edstky \u0161\u0165ave\u013ea<br \/>\n3 kolie\u010dka limety<br \/>\ns\u00f3da zo sklenenej f\u013ea\u0161e<br \/>\nPr\u00edprava: Collins glass \/470ml\/, nad\u00e1vkuj a jemne premie\u0161aj barovou ly\u017ei\u010dkou<\/p>\n<p>\u0160\u0164AVE\u013dOV\u00dd SIRUP<br \/>\nPriprav si cukrov\u00fd sirup 1:1,1 z jemn\u00e9ho kri\u0161t\u00e1\u013eov\u00e9ho cukru a hor\u00facej vody a nechaj vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nNa ka\u017ed\u00fdch 200 ml sirupu pridaj pln\u00fa hrs\u0165 \u0161\u0165avelu, ktor\u00fd si predt\u00fdm prepl\u00e1chol v \u013eadovom k\u00fapeli.<br \/>\nMixuj v mixeri 1. min\u00fatu, prece\u010f cez g\u00e1zu. Na ka\u017ed\u00fd liter m\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 prida\u0165 50 ml vodky na zv\u00fd\u0161enie trvanlivosti sirupu. Skladuj v chladni\u010dke. Mal by si ho preda\u0165 sk\u00f4r, ako sa ti stihne pokazi\u0165, tak \u017ee si ho navar pod\u013ea po\u010dasia.<\/p>\n<p>Nemus\u00ed\u0161 robi\u0165 vyslovene gimlet, ak nechce\u0161, viem si ho predstavi\u0165 kr\u00e1sne ako Sour s bielkom, \u010di Fizz so s\u00f3dou. Alebo do spom\u00ednanej limon\u00e1dy nalej poriadnu d\u00e1vku Beefeateru. Ako p\u00ed\u0161em, dobre pasuje s ginom, alebo aj s vodkou, ja ho vysk\u00fa\u0161am mo\u017eno aj s Piscom.
