Ak v\u0161ak hostia o\u010dak\u00e1vali klasik\u00fd siln\u00fd cocktail, nedo\u010dkali sa ho. Pri Manhattane siaham r\u00e1d pre na\u0161e publikum po univerz\u00e1lnej\u0161ej verzii Harryho Johnsona, ktor\u00fd ho robil pol na pol s verm\u00fatom a bitters, a na po\u017eiadanie prid\u00e1val pomaran\u010dov\u00fd lik\u00e9r, alebo maraschino, pr\u00edpadne dosla\u010foval jemne cukrom. V mojom cocktaily boli dva druhy bourbonu Four Roses whiskey a tri druhy verm\u00fatu, sladk\u00fd pomaran\u010dov\u00fd lik\u00e9r Prunier a Angostura bitters. Na poh\u013ead n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 na pr\u00edpravu, ale tento drink vyz\u00fdva na premix do f\u013ea\u0161e a kr\u00e1snu vignetu, aby som toho Harryho mohol aj pekne prezentova\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ed\u0161em tento \u010dl\u00e1nok hlavne z dvoch d\u00f4vodov. Tak nakoniec aj bolo a som moc r\u00e1d, \u017ee som ho po\u010d\u00faval a stretol sa s n\u00edm v pravom \u010dase a na spr\u00e1vnom mieste.<br \/>\nD\u00edky moc aj firme <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pohariky.sk\">pohariky.sk<\/a>, ktor\u00e1 n\u00e1m nezi\u0161tne poskytla dostatok barov\u00e9ho skla, aby sa ka\u017ed\u00fd drink po\u010das cel\u00e9ho ve\u010dera nalieval tam, kam patr\u00ed. M\u00e1m t\u00fato firmu r\u00e1d, preto \u017ee sklo, ktor\u00e9 sa zdalo v minul\u00fdch rokoch drah\u00e9 a nedostupn\u00e9 u n\u00e1s m\u00f4\u017eme dnes be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165. Milujem Champagne Coupette poh\u00e1re, v ktor\u00fdch serv\u00edrujeme ve\u013ek\u00fa \u010das\u0165 na\u0161ich drinkov, tak isto aj ed\u00edciu Winchester a jej Old Fashionedy a Collins poh\u00e1re.<br \/>\nVe\u013ek\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu skla maj\u00fa skladom, tak je dodanie tovaru r\u00fdchle, ceny s\u00fa viac ako slu\u0161n\u00e9.<br \/>\nD\u00edky moc za podporu aj firme Soim, ktor\u00e1 je ofici\u00e1lnym distrib\u00fatorom Nikka whisky na Slovensku. M\u00e1m r\u00e1d ofici\u00e1lnych distrib\u00fatorov, podporujem ich, objedn\u00e1vam u nich ak o nich viem. Jedine ofici\u00e1lny distrib\u00fator dok\u00e1\u017ee podpori\u0165 barov\u00fa sc\u00e9nu. In\u00ed sa iba vezie a len dovezie a pred\u00e1. To je ve\u013ek\u00fd rozdiel.<\/p>\n<p>No a nakoniec to najlep\u0161ie a najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie. \u010eakujem v\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00e1m, ktor\u00ed ste boli s nami na tej druhej strane baru. Boli ste \u00fa\u017easn\u00ed! Pochopili ste a re\u0161pektovali koncept ve\u010dera, prisp\u00f4sobili ste sa ponuke a Cocktail a Barman bol va\u0161im naozajstn\u00fdm stredobodom pozornosti.
