Internet nebol tak\u00fd r\u00fdchly a ove\u013ea viac sa cenila osobn\u00e1 sk\u00fasenos\u0165 ako t\u00e1 virtu\u00e1lna, ktor\u00e1 sa iba za\u010dala vytv\u00e1ra\u0165. Stan bol v Lond\u00fdne, kde mal otvoren\u00e9 o\u010di a v\u0161etk\u00fdch n\u00e1s nainfikoval nov\u00fdm pr\u00edstupom s \u010derstv\u00fdm ovoc\u00edm, Dale de Groffom, strunami na ruk\u00e1voch, jiggerom a trojdielnym \u0161ejkrom. Priniesol n\u00e1m na Slovensko Garyho Regana, Kazua Uyedu, Sashu Petraskeho, Charlesa Schumanna, kr\u00e1\u013ea Tiki Drinkov Bech Bum Berryho a mnoho \u010fal\u0161\u00edch osobnost\u00ed, ktor\u00ed v tom \u010dase ovplyv\u0148ovali zobuden\u00fa svetov\u00fa barov\u00fa sc\u00e9nu a my sme sa v\u010faka Stanlymu viezli v tomto vlaku tie\u017e. Kr\u00e1sny \u010das, ke\u010f na na\u0161e podujatia chodili barmani z Rak\u00faska a z \u010ciech, niektor\u00ed slovensk\u00ed barmani pracuj\u00faci v zahrani\u010d\u00ed k\u00f4li tomu pri\u0161li na Slovensko, lebo doma tak\u00e9 nie\u010do nemali. <br>Stan bol jedn\u00fdm z prv\u00fdch \u0161iestich speakrov na berl\u00ednskom BCB, ktor\u00e9 patr\u00ed dnes medzi najprest\u00ed\u017enej\u0161ie a najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie udalosti v barmanskom svete a aj v\u010faka nemu sa t\u00fdm najprest\u00ed\u017enej\u0161\u00edm stal hne\u010f od prv\u00e9ho roku. Jeho &#8220;poh\u013ead na dvere&#8221; a japonsk\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl stirovania privezen\u00e9 priamo z Japonska zasiahli cel\u00fd barov\u00fd svet. <br>Stan je aj prv\u00fd naozajstn\u00fd barman u n\u00e1s, ktor\u00fd vydal svoju barov\u00fa knihu. Aj ke\u010f viem, \u017ee sa rodila ve\u013emi dlh\u00fd \u010das a k\u00f4li komplikovan\u00fdm vz\u0165ahom ve\u013emi \u0165a\u017eko a jej uvedenie na barmansk\u00fd trh v roku 2010 mohlo a malo by\u0165 ur\u010dite ve\u013ekou udalos\u0165ou, jej sila a hodnota sa ukazuje aj po takomto dlhom \u010dase, preto \u017ee sa stala povinn\u00fdm \u010d\u00edtan\u00edm a in\u0161pir\u00e1ciou pre mnoh\u00fdch, nie len mlad\u00fdch barmanov. Ukazuje japonsk\u00fa cestu pohostinnosti, u\u010d\u00ed detaily dokonal\u00e9ho servisu a opisuje postupy nadobudnut\u00e9 re\u00e1lnymi  sk\u00fasenos\u0165ami, ve\u013emi detailn\u00fdm pozorovan\u00edm a nadpriemernou schopnos\u0165ou vn\u00edma\u0165 situ\u00e1cie a vedie\u0165 ich spr\u00e1vne prelo\u017ei\u0165 tak, aby \u010ditate\u013e pochopil podstatu pohostinnosti a servisu a rozumel jej ako tej najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ej \u010dasti n\u00e1\u0161ho remesla.
