Tento post prim\u00e1rne venovujem na\u0161im drah\u00fdm hos\u0165om. Rozhodol som sa, aj ke\u010f trochu netradi\u010dn\u00e9ho miesta, v\u00e1m aspo\u0148 takto pribl\u00ed\u017ei\u0165, \u010do sa deje za na\u0161imi dverami, ke\u010f teraz fungujeme v obmedzenom re\u017eime a z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00e1s aj informova\u0165, ke\u010f budeme ma\u0165 nie\u010do nov\u00e9. A to samozrejme v\u017edy m\u00e1me! <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Napr\u00edklad teraz. T\u00ed z v\u00e1s, ktor\u00ed chodia na soci\u00e1lne siete sa ur\u010dite dozvedeli, \u017ee pred\u00e1vame niektor\u00e9 vybran\u00e9 na\u0161e drinky \u0161t\u00fdlovo naf\u013ea\u0161ovan\u00e9, opatren\u00e9 s orgin\u00e1lnou vignetou a pripraven\u00e9 na pitie doma. Mo\u017eno len tak na okraj, v\u0161etky dizajny som si robil s\u00e1m, len s t\u00fdm pan\u00e1\u010dikom, ktor\u00e9ho pou\u017e\u00edvame v r\u00e1mci na\u0161ej vizu\u00e1lnej identity, mi ve\u013emi pomohla umeleck\u00e1 tat\u00e9rka a dizajn\u00e9rka Petra \u017dia\u010dkov\u00e1 a vytovorila ho na mieru exkluz\u00edvne pre Z\u00e1hir. Mnoh\u00ed z v\u00e1s sa u\u017e zozn\u00e1mili s na\u0161im Jablkov\u00fdm gimletom, alebo drinkom Apple Royal, ktor\u00e9ho s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou s\u00fa jab\u013a\u010dka z dediny B\u00e1b pri Nitre. Jablk\u00e1 s\u00fa mnoh\u00fdch z n\u00e1s oby\u010dajn\u00fd, nezauj\u00edmav\u00fd produkt, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1me st\u00e1le v obchodoch, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou s\u00fa aj slovensk\u00e9, alebo dovezen\u00e9 z nejakej bl\u00edzkej krajiny. M\u00e1me ich v obchodoch po cel\u00fd rok, tak \u017ee ich u\u017e ani nevn\u00edmame ako sez\u00f3nny produkt a mnoh\u00fdm z n\u00e1s ani nenapadne, \u017ee ako je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee v ich takomto kr\u00e1snom stave m\u00e1me \u010derstv\u00e9 a kr\u00e1sne aj na jar  hoci sa zberali u\u017e v skorej jeseni. <br>No, ka\u017edop\u00e1dne tieto z B\u00e1bu s\u00fa uskladnen\u00e9 v pivnici, nevyzeraj\u00fa s\u00edce nijako v\u00fdstavne, ale o to viac som bol prekvapen\u00fd ich \u00fa\u017easnou chu\u0165ou a rozdielom  4 odr\u00f4d, ktor\u00e9 som ochutnal, pri\u010dom ka\u017ed\u00e1 jedna ma prekvapila a o\u010darila. Vybrali sme nakoniec dve.  Kyslej\u0161iu a svie\u017eu Granny Smith na Apple gimlet a \u0161\u0165avnat\u00fa a sladk\u00fa Guji na Apple Royal a nealkoholick\u00fa Airi, \u010do je inak japonsk\u00e9 \u017eensk\u00e9 meno a znamen\u00e1 Jasm\u00edn. Vybrali sme ho, lebo jablk\u00e1 mie\u0161ame so zelen\u00fdm \u010dajom s jasm\u00ednom. Som presved\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee z nich budete o\u010daren\u00ed a prekvapen\u00ed, ak\u00e9 vedia by\u0165 jablk\u00e1 kr\u00e1sne plody a dok\u00e1\u017eu v na\u0161ich drinkoch vynikn\u00fa\u0165. Prid\u00e1vame k tomu trochu sladk\u00e9ho cream Sherry, ktor\u00e9 mu dod\u00e1va super orie\u0161kov\u00fa dochu\u0165. Tak ak by ste si chceli zobra\u0165 od n\u00e1s f\u013ea\u0161ku, volajte n\u00e1m 0907 877 413 a rezervujte.<br>No a m\u00e1me dve nov\u00e9 pecky, ale \u017ee naozaj bombov\u00e9 drinky, pokia\u013e milujete k\u00e1vu a nevad\u00ed v\u00e1m horkos\u0165. v drinkoch. <br>Jeden n\u00e1\u0161 dobr\u00fd kamar\u00e1t, inak moment\u00e1lne jeden z najuzn\u00e1vanej\u0161\u00edch barmanov na plan\u00e9te &#8211; Erik Lorincz pred \u010dasom vymyslel, \u017ee zn\u00e1me Negroni pretla\u010d\u00ed cez k\u00e1vov\u00fd filter s k\u00e1vou a vyrobil Coffee Negroni a z\u00e1rove\u0148 mi doporu\u010dil, ke\u010f sme sa o tom rozpr\u00e1vali, nech vysk\u00fa\u0161am takto urobi\u0165 Boulevardier. \u0164a\u017eko sa to asi \u010d\u00edta a vyslovuje, ale to v\u00f4bec nevad\u00ed, lebo tento drink je tak moc dobr\u00fd, \u017ee mu je v\u0161etko odpusten\u00e9! Je to drink z 4 Roses Bourbon whiskey, Campari a troch sladk\u00fdch \u010derven\u00fdch verm\u00fatov, to v\u0161etko je ochuten\u00e9 k\u00e1vou z Hondurasu pra\u017een\u00fa v Hurbanove v pra\u017eiarni <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spaceship.sk\">Spaceship<\/a>. To, \u010do spojen\u00edm t\u00fdchto vec\u00ed vzniklo je n\u00e1dhern\u00fd sladko-hork\u00fd drink podporen\u00fd \u00fa\u017easnou k\u00e1vovou chu\u0165ou. Neviem slovami vyjadri\u0165, t\u00fa ve\u013ekolepos\u0165 tohoto drinku. Je to jednozna\u010dne m\u00f4j favorit za posledn\u00fdch 5 rokov, u\u017e d\u00e1vno mi takto nechutil nejak\u00fd mie\u0161an\u00fd drink. Toto budem pi\u0165 cez ve\u013ek\u00fa noc a zp\u00e1lim si k tomu cigaru! Nem\u00e1m ho e\u0161te odfoten\u00fd, lebo ho budem robi\u0165 a\u017e zajtra, ke\u010f pr\u00edde \u010derstv\u00e1 k\u00e1va. <br><br>Ak chcete nie\u010do jemnej\u0161ie, vyrobili sme tento drink z Campari ochuten\u00fdm rovnakou k\u00e1vou, doliate tonicom a s\u00f3dou. To Campari lad\u00ed s tou k\u00e1vou naozaj moc dobre!  Vol\u00e1me to Caf\u00e9 Milano a je to pecka \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1 tak isto, ktor\u00fa si m\u00f4\u017eete k\u00fapi\u0165 domov v 0,2l. f\u013ea\u0161ti\u010dke! Obsahuje len 5% alkoholu, ale o to v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed je v kr\u00e1snej horko-sladkej k\u00e1vovej chuti.<br>Okrem toho st\u00e1le fungujeme s k\u00e1vou, ktor\u00fa v\u00e1m u n\u00e1s urob\u00edme, alebo si m\u00f4\u017eete zobra\u0165 250 g. balenie so sebou a urobi\u0165 si ju doma. Najlep\u0161ia je \u010derstvo zomlet\u00e1 tesne pred t\u00fdm, ako si ju idete robi\u0165. Radi v\u00e1m porad\u00edme ako na to. A za\u010dali sme robi\u0165 aj Cold Brew, \u010do je k\u00e1va na studeno, kedy \u013eadov\u00e1 voda pomali\u010dky pribli\u017ene 5 hod\u00edn kvapk\u00e1 cez k\u00e1vu. <br>V ponuke m\u00e1me st\u00e1le aj nejak\u00fd cheesecake, na\u0161e tartaletky, ktor\u00e9 ste si ve\u013emi ob\u013e\u00fabili a nov\u00e9 cookies v troch r\u00f4znych chutiach \/\u010doko, vanilka s \u010dokol\u00e1dou a ovsenn\u00e9\/. A na r\u00e1no pripravujeme franc\u00fazske a talianske croissanty a \u010derstv\u00e9 \u0161paldov\u00e9 \u017eemle so v\u0161eli\u010d\u00edm navrchu.  <br>Sme otvoren\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 od 8.00-17.00, v sobotu od 9.30-17.00, ale ke\u010f bude svieti\u0165 slnko a bude teplo, radi ostaneme dlhsie. Budeme sa te\u0161i\u0165, ke\u010f si pr\u00eddete nie\u010do k\u00fapi\u0165 a budeme v\u010fa\u010dn\u00ed za ak\u00fako\u013evek podporu.
