Zverej\u0148ujem jeho upraven\u00fa verziu. Mus\u00edm sa prizna\u0165, \u017ee ten p\u00f4vodn\u00fd bol trochu viac skeptick\u00fd, aj ke\u010f p\u00f4sobil vcelku vyrovnane a pozit\u00edvne. Bol iba kon\u0161tatovan\u00edm, \u017ee barov\u00e1 hist\u00f3ria u\u017e dnes nikoho nezauj\u00edma. Potom mi pri\u0161la do ruky nov\u00e1 kniha Martina Hud\u00e1ka Spiritual Coffee. Doporu\u010dujem si ju k\u00fapi\u0165. T\u00e1to kniha, pln\u00e1 historicky encyklopedick\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed mi dos\u0165 silne popravila n\u00e1zor a e\u0161te ho vylep\u0161il Stano Harcin\u00edk, ktor\u00fd tie\u017e nap\u00edsal \u00fa\u017easn\u00fa barov\u00fa knihu &#8211; v sloven\u010dine (!) a dodal mi energiu na to, aby sme na na\u0161u hist\u00f3riu nezabudli, poznali ju, re\u0161pektovali ju tak, ako re\u0161pektujeme v\u0161etko to pekn\u00e9 a nov\u00e9, \u010do sa dnes v bare deje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>\u010c\u00edtam pr\u00e1ve posledn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nok Helmuta Adama pre Mixology magaz\u00edn, ktor\u00fd v roku 2002 spolu s Jensom Hansenbeinom zakladal. Dnes ho mnoh\u00ed barmani u\u017e nepoznaj\u00fa, \u010do v\u0161ak nie je \u017eiadna chyba, preto \u017ee Helmut sa u\u017e d\u00e1vanej\u0161ie z verejn\u00e9ho barov\u00e9ho \u017eivota stiahol a v\u0161etky barov\u00e9 aktivity predal \u010falej, \u010d\u00edm im zabezpe\u010dil vlastn\u00fd \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fd \u017eivot modern\u00e9ho, aj ke\u010f o dos\u0165 komer\u010dnej\u0161ieho 21.storo\u010dia.<br>Helmut bol jeden z v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch barov\u00fdch osobnost\u00ed, ktor\u00fd ovplyvnil nie len nemecky hovoriace krajiny, ale vytvoren\u00edm Barconventu mali dosah aj na cel\u00fd barov\u00fd svet a v\u00fdrazne ho pozit\u00edvne pos\u00favali.<br>Helmut a jeho t\u00edm vynikali nemeckou prec\u00edznos\u0165ou a schopnos\u0165ou vedie\u0165 robi\u0165 veci v\u017edy e\u0161te lep\u0161ie ako ich urobili pred t\u00fdm aj napriek tomu, \u017ee po\u010d\u00favali na svoju pr\u00e1cu len sam\u00e9 pozit\u00edvne slov\u00e1. Mo\u017eno to bol pre neho hnac\u00ed motor.  Zlep\u0161oval sa z \u010d\u00edsla na \u010d\u00edslo, bol aj obrovskou in\u0161pir\u00e1ciou pri zakladan\u00ed slovensk\u00e9ho Barmagaz\u00ednu. Mo\u017eno a\u017e pr\u00edli\u0161 silnou, ke\u010f \u017ee vtedaj\u0161\u00ed vydavatelia si prepo\u017ei\u010dali nieko\u013eko grafick\u00fdch prvkov, ktor\u00e9 Mixology charakterizovali a Helmutovi to aj dos\u0165 vadilo. Ale to u\u017e je minulos\u0165 a vz\u0165ahy so Slovenskom boli v\u017edy naozaj dobr\u00e9 nie len k\u00f4li mne, ale hlavne Stanovi Vadrnovi, jeho siln\u00e9mu medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9mu renom\u00e9 a objaven\u00ed japonskej cesty koktejlu pre barov\u00fd svet, kde sa in\u0161pirovali mnoh\u00e9 uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 osobnosti. Spom\u00edna aj to, \u017ee \u010dasy Jerryho s\u00fa u\u017e pre\u010d. Chcelo by sa s\u00fahlasi\u0165  a doplni\u0165, \u017ee s\u00fa u\u017e zase pre\u010d, podobne ako sa vytratili po prohib\u00edcii a neboli aktu\u00e1lne a\u017e do konca minul\u00e9ho storo\u010dia. Jasne, tie stopy zostali ove\u013ea v\u00fdraznej\u0161ie a mnoh\u00ed s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00ed akt\u00edvni barmani stavaj\u00fa pr\u00e1ve na t\u00fdchto z\u00e1kladoch.<br>Ale aj tak&#8230;dnes, na konci roku 2021 som si uvedomil, \u017ee bar sa definit\u00edvne zmenil a nabral nov\u00fd smer. Netvrd\u00edm, \u017ee \u013eudia nebud\u00fa ma\u0165 radi dobr\u00e9 klasick\u00e9 bary. Ale Jerry a hist\u00f3ria u\u017e nie je podstatn\u00e1 tak, ako bola vtedy, ke\u010f sme sa barovo vyv\u00edjali a silno n\u00e1s ovplyv\u0148ovala. Vtedy to bolo pre n\u00e1s nov\u00e9 a v\u0165ahovalo n\u00e1s to diania so silnou t\u00fa\u017ebou uk\u00e1za\u0165, ako to robili na\u0161i predkovia. \u017de my sme si bar len tak nevymysleli, ale \u017ee stoj\u00ed na pevn\u00fdch historick\u00fdch z\u00e1kladoch o ktor\u00e9 sa opierame. Je len prirodzen\u00e9, \u017ee ak to, \u010do dnes u\u017e v\u0161etci vedia, sa st\u00e1va nezauj\u00edmav\u00e9 a t\u00ed, \u010do maj\u00fa chu\u0165 ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 nov\u00fd barov\u00fd svet potrebuj\u00fa objavova\u0165 nov\u00e9 t\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 a rozv\u00edja\u0165 novodob\u00fd bar 21.storo\u010dia. Ani u n\u00e1s dnes nen\u00e1jdete na n\u00e1pojovom l\u00edstku klasick\u00fa verziu Gimletu, alebo Manhattanu. Ani neviem, komu sme ju prenechali. Dnes si ju u\u017e takmer nikto nev\u0161\u00edma ale napriek tomu si nem\u00f4\u017eeme dovoli\u0165 na \u0148u zabudn\u00fa\u0165. Len sa zmieri\u0165 s t\u00fdm, \u017ee u\u017e pre ve\u013ek\u00fd barov\u00fd svet nie je zauj\u00edmav\u00e1 a pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 si o nej m\u00f4\u017eete u\u017e iba v arch\u00edvnych \u010dl\u00e1nkoch star\u00e9ho Barmagaz\u00ednu, ktor\u00fd v\u00e1\u0161 \u0161\u00e9f alebo predchodca e\u0161te nestihol vyhodi\u0165. Ale pod z\u00e1plavou nov\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, nov\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fdlov, techn\u00edk a nov\u00fdch osobnost\u00ed to u\u017e aj tak nikoho nezauj\u00edma a v najbli\u017e\u0161om desa\u0165ro\u010d\u00ed asi ani nikoho nebude, lebo aj tak maj\u00fa v\u0161etci pocit, \u017ee u\u017e to vedia, \u017ee u\u017e o tom aj tak niekde \u010d\u00edtali. Ak je tomu tak, m\u00f4\u017eme si gratulova\u0165, lebo sme  urobili kus roboty! Potvrdzuj\u00fa to aj slov\u00e1 Stana Harcin\u00edka, ktor\u00fd si je ist\u00fd, \u017ee tieto drinky s\u00fa schopn\u00ed namie\u0161a\u0165 automaticky v ka\u017edom dobrom bare bez toho, aby ich mali uveden\u00e9 v n\u00e1pojovom l\u00edstku. S\u00fahlas\u00edm. Vlastne ich tam dnes u\u017e ani nikto nepotrebuje, ale zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa povinnou v\u00fdbavou ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlovie\u010dika pracuj\u00faceho so \u0161ejkrom a mixglassom v kvalitnom bare. <br> <br>V \u010fal\u0161\u00edch rokoch sa z drinkov bude e\u0161te viac dymy\u0165, e\u0161te viac bud\u00fa serv\u00edrovan\u00e9 v umeleck\u00fdch predmetoch minimalistick\u00fdch dizajn\u00e9rov a my e\u0161te viac budeme \u017easn\u00fa\u0165 a obdivova\u0165 t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa s nov\u00fdmi a nov\u00fdmi n\u00e1padmi prepojenia my\u0161lienky stelesnenej do jedn\u00e9ho v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9ho, aj ke\u010f pominute\u013en\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u017eitku. Pominute\u013en\u00fd v\u0161ak bude iba v realite, na fotk\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 dnes zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa tak d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa, pre mnoh\u00fdch takmer \u017eivotne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu v marketingovom pre\u017eit\u00ed baru, bud\u00fa pretrv\u00e1va\u0165 e\u0161te o mal\u00fa chv\u00ed\u013eku dlh\u0161ie, do kr\u00e1tkeho \u010dasu, k\u00fdm ich nenahrad\u00ed in\u00fd a ten predo\u0161l\u00fd upadne do virtu\u00e1lneho zabudnutia pr\u00edchodom \u010fal\u0161ieho nov\u00e9ho menu, ktor\u00e9 kreat\u00edvni barmani s\u00fa schopn\u00ed vym\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 hoci aj ka\u017ed\u00e9 tri mesiace, ak by im to budget dovolil.      <br>Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 je aj rozdelenie barov\u00e9ho sveta. K\u00fdm v minulosti sme trpeli neznalos\u0165ou host\u00ed pod vplyvom zanedbanej barovej kult\u00fary, museli sme si ho vychov\u00e1va\u0165 presvied\u010da\u0165 ho, pri\u010dom sme s obdivom h\u013eadeli na mest\u00e1, kde sa t\u00e1to barov\u00e1 kult\u00fara vyv\u00edjala a dlh\u00e9 roky pre\u017e\u00edvala, tak kvalitn\u00e9 bary v in\u00fdch mest\u00e1ch museli vyslovene bojova\u0165 o hos\u0165a, aby ich pochopil v \u0161t\u00fdle a koncepte, sa dnes sa tieto rozdiely zotreli. Nov\u00e9 barov\u00e9 svety v \u00c1zii, \u010di Severnej Amerike, kde \u017eiadny Thomas ani Johnson nep\u00f4sobili, dnes ud\u00e1vaj\u00fa \u0161t\u00fdly a trendy. Hostia s\u00fa vzdelanej\u0161\u00ed, radi cestuj\u00fa, nie je im \u013e\u00fato min\u00fa\u0165 peniaze do barov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u017eitku s dokonal\u00fdm servisom. <br><br>Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 je dnes aj in\u00e9 rozdelenie.. Jedna jeho \u010das\u0165 v pravideln\u00fdch intervaloch pod vplyvom pand\u00e9mie bojuje o pre\u017eitie, in\u00e1 sa predbieha v nezmyselnom hosten\u00ed a utr\u00e1can\u00ed na vplyvn\u00fdch barov\u00fdch influenserov   a rozd\u00e1va agent\u00faram svoje \u0161tedr\u00e9 budgety ako invest\u00edciu na miestenku do najprest\u00ed\u017enej\u0161ej spolo\u010dnosti. Pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch, \u010do zostali mimo je to politika a biznis a pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa to \u0161\u0165astie a spr\u00e1vne sa vyznaj\u00fa, si to zasl\u00fa\u017eene naplno u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa. Bez budgetu na marketing nem\u00e1\u0161 v tomto rebr\u00ed\u010dku \u010do h\u013eada\u0165. \u010ces\u0165 v\u00fdnimk\u00e1m, samozrejme, berte ma trochu s rezervou a sk\u00f4r pozitivne, lebo ni\u010d proti tomu nem\u00e1m. Som u\u017e dos\u0165 star\u00fd na to, aby som pochopil, \u017ee to tak jednoducho funguje, akceptoval to, obdivoval a z\u00e1rove\u0148 si i\u0161iel svojou cestou v\u017edy pripraven\u00fd pre vyzret\u00e9ho barov\u00e9ho hos\u0165a. <br><br>Lubo\u0161 R\u00e1cz <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve ste pre\u010d\u00edtali 1025 slov a trvalo v\u00e1m to asi 6 min\u00fat.
