Za ten \u010das si vybudoval ve\u013emi slu\u0161n\u00e9 meno v Nitre. To je podstatn\u00e9. O slovenskom, \u010di eur\u00f3pskom, alebo svetovom mene nie je podstatn\u00e9 teraz hovori\u0165. Podstatnej\u0161ie je, \u017ee nov\u00fd prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e nemus\u00ed \u010daka\u0165 na host\u00ed, pokia\u013e si zvykn\u00fa chodi\u0165. Hostia s\u00fa u\u017e zvyknut\u00ed. Navy\u0161e je prev\u00e1dzka v slu\u0161n\u00fdch \u010d\u00edslach.  <br>Z\u00e1hir m\u00e1 v\u00fdborn\u00fa polohu v centre mesta, v tichej uli\u010dke, zato s pohodln\u00fdm a dostupn\u00fdm parkovan\u00edm. <br>V budove a bl\u00edzkom okol\u00ed s\u00eddli ve\u013ea firiem a kancel\u00e1ri\u00ed. <br><br>O odstupnom za priestor sa budeme rozpr\u00e1va\u0165, preto \u017ee mo\u017enosti s\u00fa r\u00f4zne a nem\u00e1m pevn\u00fa cenu. Od zachovania komplet interi\u00e9ru a z\u00e1zemia, alebo iba odpredaj toho, \u010do by sa nov\u00e9mu n\u00e1jomcovi hodilo. Je to vec dohody. <br><br>V pr\u00edpade z\u00e1ujmu s\u00fa zar\u00e1tan\u00e9 aj moje slu\u017eby na 2. mesiace. Viem vypracova\u0165 nov\u00fd koncept, ktor\u00fd by vedel super fungova\u0165, ale nebol by tak n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd na zamestnancov, pr\u00edpravn\u00e9 procesy a pr\u00e1cu,  pri\u010dom kvalita bude primeran\u00e1 konkurencii a st\u00e1le zauj\u00edmav\u00e1 pre nitrianskeho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Ke\u010f sa k tomu pridaj\u00fa vlastn\u00e9 n\u00e1pady nov\u00e9ho prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013ea, bude to ur\u010dite jedine\u010dn\u00e9. <br>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 pom\u00f4\u017eem pri za\u0161kolovan\u00ed pr\u00edpadn\u00fdch nov\u00fdch zamestnancov. K dispoz\u00edcii m\u00e1te mojich komplet dod\u00e1vate\u013eov spiritov, nealka, v\u00edna a moje vz\u0165ahy s nimi k tomu. Tak isto prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd syst\u00e9m a manu\u00e1ly. Jednoducho v\u0161etko, na \u010do treba myslie\u0165 pri \u00faspe\u0161ne otvorenej novej prev\u00e1dzke. <br>Samozrejme sa to d\u00e1 aj bezom\u0148a. A mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee sa ur\u010dite n\u00e1jde niekto, kto si to vie urobi\u0165 po svojom a lep\u0161ie, nebude pr\u00edli\u0161 za\u0165a\u017een\u00fd gastro vzdelan\u00edm, d\u00e1 do toho viac srdca a energie, ako som schopn\u00fd do toho d\u00e1va\u0165 ja v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti.<br><br>Z\u00e1hir m\u00e1 povolenie na studen\u00fa kuchy\u0148u, d\u00e1 sa zlep\u0161i\u0165 ra\u0148ajkov\u00fd koncept, \u010di koncept celodenn\u00e9ho brunchu. Ve\u013emi dobre funguj\u00fa v\u00edkendy, ka\u017ed\u00e1 p\u00e1rty, \u010di ve\u010der so \u017eivou hudbou alebo DJ je \u010dasto kr\u00e1t vyrezervovan\u00fd a naplnen\u00fd.  <br>Nemus\u00edte sa venova\u0165 koktejlom. Ve\u013emi dobre tu funguje v\u00edno, proseco a jednoduch\u00e9 gintoniky, ktor\u00e9 viete urobi\u0165 na desiatky r\u00f4znych sp\u00f4sobov.<br><br>Priestor m\u00e1 takmer 150 m, z toho 96 je predajn\u00e1 plocha. Plus n\u00e1dhern\u00e1 terasa, ktor\u00e1 je v cene n\u00e1jmu aj s kr\u00e1sne vyrasten\u00fdmi stromami. Sed\u00ed sa tam naozaj super, hlavne v lete, kedy poskytuje pr\u00edjemn\u00fd chl\u00e1dok. Sadne si tam vy\u0161e 50 \u013eud\u00ed, vo vn\u00fatri je kapacita 70 miest na sedenie, nezriedka sa tam host\u00ed zi\u0161lo vy\u0161e stovky. <br><br>E\u0161te nakoniec c\u00edtim potrebu nap\u00edsa\u0165 aspo\u0148 nie\u010do z mojich d\u00f4vodov k tomuto kroku, preto \u017ee ke\u010f p\u00ed\u0161em, \u017ee m\u00e1m nov\u00fd koncept pre tento priestor, m\u00f4\u017eete si polo\u017ei\u0165 ot\u00e1zku, pre\u010do si to neurob\u00edm s\u00e1m, ke\u010f v tom vid\u00edm slu\u0161n\u00fd biznis. <br>Odpoviem ve\u013emi jednoducho. Nebol by som to ja. Nebol by to American bar v najvy\u0161\u0161om \u0161tandarte, ktor\u00fd chcem a viem pon\u00faknu\u0165. Pod jednoduch\u0161\u00ed Z\u00e1hir sa nem\u00f4\u017eem podp\u00edsa\u0165, preto \u017ee som nastaven\u00fd na \u0161tandart a pravidl\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 do tejto doby a pre mnoh\u00fdch ani do tohoto mesta.<br>To v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee je s gastrom koniec. Pr\u00e1ve naopak. Gastro je fajn. Ide, funguje. Sta\u010d\u00ed, ak m\u00e1te chu\u0165 sa tomu venova\u0165, alebo m\u00e1te niekoho, kto t\u00fa chu\u0165 bude zdie\u013ea\u0165 a pracova\u0165 s vami. V\u0161etko sa d\u00e1 ve\u013emi pekne zjednodu\u0161i\u0165 a pritom nepo\u013eavi\u0165 z atraktivity a zauj\u00edmavosti \u010di u\u017e produktov, alebo samotn\u00e9ho miesta. Ale na druhej strane m\u00f4\u017eete pokra\u010dova\u0165 v mojom koncepte s mojimi \u013eu\u010fmi, ktor\u00ed u\u017e vedia ako sa to rob\u00ed. Mo\u017enost\u00ed je naozaj ve\u013ea<br><br>Nap\u00ed\u0161te mi. Ale pros\u00edm len v\u00e1\u017eni z\u00e1ujemcovia, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa nejak\u00fd z\u00e1kladn\u00fd budget a chu\u0165 by\u0165 \u0161\u00e9fom skuto\u010dne pekn\u00e9ho priestoru s funguj\u00facim konceptom. Lebo toto v\u0161etko v\u00e1m naozaj pon\u00fakam u\u017e hotov\u00e9. <br>ps. <strong>Pokia\u013e nebude ma\u0165 priestor nov\u00e9ho n\u00e1jomcu, ideme naplno \u010falej.
