Po rokoch zbierania sk\u00fasenost\u00ed za\u010dali v roku 2008 \u00a0produkova\u0165 svoje vlastn\u00e9 \u00a0exkluz\u00edvne 100%-tn\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9 destil\u00e1ty,<\/p>\n<p>Vlastn\u00e1 v\u00fdroba za\u010d\u00edna v\u00fdberom ovocia. Samozrejmos\u0165ou je v\u00fdber ovocia od overen\u00fdch dod\u00e1vate\u013eov a a\u017e 90% z nich je z ded\u00edn okolia Nitry. Destil\u00e9rka vlastn\u00ed aj svoj sad, v ktorom pestuje marhule. Postupne sa v\u0161ak v\u00fdroba \/nie len\/ Marhu\u013eovice roz\u0161\u00edrila nato\u013eko, \u017ee t\u00fdch vy\u0161e 100 stromov v sade dnes u\u017e nesta\u010d\u00ed, zbytok je dokupovan\u00fd z okolia Hlohovca.<\/p>\n<p>Kvasenie prebieha e\u0161te star\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je z\u00e1visl\u00e9 od vonkaj\u0161ej teploty a trv\u00e1 priemerne 4-5 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov, u marh\u00fa\u013e je to zhruba 2 t\u00fd\u017edne.<\/p>\n<p>Produkt vznik\u00e1 dvojn\u00e1sonou destil\u00e1ciou v medeno-nerezov\u00fdch kotloch a po destil\u00e1cii m\u00e1 obsah 65% alkoholu. Po nej sa nech\u00e1va 3 roky odle\u017ea\u0165 v nerezov\u00fdch tankoch, \u010do m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok ve\u013emi pr\u00edjemn\u00fd a harmonick\u00fd produkt, ktor\u00fd sa pred f\u013ea\u0161ovan\u00edm riedi vlastnou predestilovanou vodou na 52%. Pivo sa var\u00ed silnej\u0161ie, s obsahom alkoholu 14-16%, pou\u017e\u00edva sa tajn\u00e1 zmes svetl\u00e9ho a tmav\u00e9ho piva typu Le\u017eiak.<br \/>\nV Distillery s\u00fa na tento produkt patri\u010dne hrd\u00ed, a pova\u017euj\u00fa ho za svoju &#8221; Vlajkov\u00fa lo\u010f&#8221;.
