Predaj mie\u0161an\u00fdch drinkov vo v\u0161eobecnosti u n\u00e1s klesol. \u013dudia drinky u\u017e poznaj\u00fa, nesk\u00fa\u0161aj\u00fa jeden za druh\u00fdm tak, ako to robili pred p\u00e1r rokmi. Cocktailu rob\u00ed konkurenciu v\u00edno, ktor\u00e9 je u Slov\u00e1kov ve\u013emi ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9 a ve\u013emi sa zlep\u0161ila kvalita pod\u00e1van\u00e9ho piva, \u010do je vidie\u0165 na st\u00e1le pln\u00fdch re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00e1ch, kde pon\u00fakaj\u00fa vlastn\u00e9, alebo tankov\u00e9 pivo. Tak\u017ee \u00e1no, cocktailov\u00e1 \u00e9ra je z tohto poh\u013eadu za nami&#8221;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To bola moja stru\u010dn\u00e1 odpove\u010f. Ak\u00e1 je v\u0161ak pr\u00ed\u010dina?<br \/>\nMie\u0161an\u00fd drink sa stal u n\u00e1s postupom \u010dasu tak popul\u00e1rny, \u017ee sa neza\u010dal pred\u00e1va\u0165 iba v baroch, ale takmer v\u0161ade, kde mali k dispoz\u00edcii v\u00fdrobn\u00edk \u013eadu. Mnoho kr\u00e1t nev\u00e1hali do ponuky zaradi\u0165 drinky aj tam, kde ho v\u00f4bec nemali a \u013ead vytl\u00e1\u010dali zo s\u00e1\u010dkov. Drinky sa za\u010dali pon\u00faka\u0165\u00a0v auparkov\u00fdch kaviar\u0148ach, diskot\u00e9kach, kluboch, puboch, v oby\u010dajn\u00fdch re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00e1ch, \u010di dokonca aj v herniach.Vznikol tak nepomer zariaden\u00ed pred\u00e1vaj\u00facich mie\u0161an\u00fd n\u00e1poj k mno\u017estvu kvalifikovan\u00e9mu person\u00e1lu, ktor\u00fd je na v\u00fdrobu kvalitn\u00e9ho drinku ve\u013emi potrebn\u00fd. Recept\u00fary z pochybn\u00fdch kn\u00edh alebo aj z\u00a0lifestylov\u00fdch \u010dasopisov, neodborn\u00fd a povrchn\u00fd person\u00e1l, \u017eiadne z\u00e1zemie na v\u00fdrobu drinkov. Majitelia, ktor\u00ed chc\u00fa v prvom rade zarobi\u0165, \u00a0si \u013eahko si spo\u010d\u00edtali, \u017ee objavili tovar, ktor\u00fd sa d\u00e1 lacno k\u00fapi\u0165 a draho preda\u0165. Zabudli na vy\u0161kolenie person\u00e1lu, zabudli na to, \u017ee ku kvalitn\u00e9mu person\u00e1lu patr\u00ed aj kvalitn\u00e1 surovina.<br \/>\nAby som v\u0161etk\u00fdm nekrivdil. Na\u0161li sa aj tak\u00ed, ktor\u00ed si uvedomili, \u017ee \u00a0bez kvalitn\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed \u010faleko nez\u00e1jdu. Sna\u017eili sa n\u00e1js\u0165 kvalitn\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, \u00a0zabezpe\u010dili \u0161kolenie a nebr\u00e1nili sa kvalite. Tu sa v\u0161ak na\u0161li jedinci, ktor\u00ed si po jednom kurze a po stovke vymadlovan\u00fdch moj\u00edt za\u010dali myslie\u0165, \u017ee s\u00fa to pr\u00e1ve oni, na ktor\u00fdch stoj\u00ed a pad\u00e1 cel\u00fd podnik. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina majite\u013eov podnikov v\u0161ak zast\u00e1va n\u00e1zor, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd je nahradite\u013en\u00fd a tak vy\u0161kolen\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka nahradili nov\u00fdm, ktor\u00e9ho vy\u0161kolil ten odch\u00e1dzaj\u00faci s ove\u013ea v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm egom ako skuto\u010dn\u00fdmi vedomos\u0165ami a re\u00e1lnymi sk\u00fasenos\u0165ami. Mohol by som sa e\u0161te pozastavi\u0165 nad neprofesion\u00e1lnym z\u00e1zem\u00edm, nad pochybnou kvalitou \u013eadu, barov\u00e9ho n\u00e1radia a barov\u00e9ho skla. \u0160koda v\u0161ak slov a \u010dasu. V\u0161etko toto malo za n\u00e1sledok, \u017ee drinky hos\u0165om prestali chuti\u0165. \u017de si ich prestali objedn\u00e1va\u0165. \u017de za\u010dali preferova\u0165 v\u00edno, pivo, alebo \u010dist\u00fd gin s tonikom a s \u013eadom serv\u00edrovan\u00fdm zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes je v Bratislave, \u010do bola svojho, relat\u00edvne kr\u00e1tkeho \u010dasu, \u010desko-slovensk\u00e1 mekka mie\u0161an\u00e9ho drinku, \u00a0naozaj ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo barov s kvalitn\u00fdm person\u00e1lom. Prakticky iba jeden&#8230; S \u00fabytkom po\u010dtu kvalitn\u00fdch barov ubudli aj kvalitn\u00ed barmani. Ak by sme e\u0161te od nich chceli, aby hovorili anglicky, \u010do je predpoklad na presadenia sa na medzin\u00e1rodnej barovej sc\u00e9ne, n\u00e1jdeme v Bratislave iba JEDN\u00c9HO!!!<br \/>\nNechcem v\u0161ak hovori\u0165 o tom, je to in\u00e1 t\u00e9ma na in\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nok.<\/p>\n<p>Ja som si pred t\u00fdm, ako som za\u010dal p\u00edsa\u0165 tento \u010dl\u00e1nok uvedomil jednu ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa vec. Mnoho odborn\u00edkov je smutn\u00fdch z t\u00fdchto \u010dasov, ktor\u00e9 ako keby nepriali mie\u0161an\u00e9mu drinku. Ja som naopak \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd! \u0160\u0165astn\u00fd preto, lebo kvalitn\u00fd, dobre a poctivo pripraven\u00fd drink m\u00e1 dnes ove\u013ea v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu \u0161ancu vynikn\u00fa\u0165. D\u00f4vod, pre\u010do \u013eudia &#8220;ako \u017ee&#8221; prestali pi\u0165 drinky je ten, \u017ee dost\u00e1vali nekvalitn\u00e9 Mojit\u00e1, Pina Col\u00e1dy, oklaman\u00e9 Cuba Libre. Prestali cocktailom jedoducho veri\u0165, prestali veri\u0165 t\u00fdm v\u0161etk\u00fdm pochybn\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom vyd\u00e1vaj\u00facich sa podvodne za \u00a0barmanov.<br \/>\nPosledn\u00e9 v\u00edkendy mi d\u00e1vaj\u00fa za pravdu, \u017ee hostia mie\u0161an\u00e9 drinky pij\u00fa. N\u00e1\u0161 bar nie je ve\u013ek\u00fd. Ale napriek tomu je v piatok a v sobotu pln\u00fd a \u00a090% host\u00ed pr\u00edde za nami na mie\u0161an\u00fd drink! M\u00e1m si myslie\u0165, \u017ee Cocktailov\u00e1 \u00e9ra skon\u010dila? Pre niekoho \u00e1no. Pre n\u00e1s, ktor\u00ed sa tomu venujeme naozaj v\u00e1\u017ene neskon\u010dila, pr\u00e1ve za\u010d\u00edna jej znovuzrodenie! S\u00edce nie tak masovo, ale predsa. Pre\u010do? Lebo sa dnes neboj\u00edm pred\u00e1va\u0165 Cuba Libre, alebo Gin&amp;Tonic s kvalitn\u00fdm tonikom, \u010di inou, zauj\u00edmavou Colou, lebo m\u00e1m ceny, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa primeran\u00e9, nie prehnan\u00e9, lebo sa na\u0161\u0165astie n\u00e1jde e\u0161te p\u00e1r \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed vedia oceni\u0165 ve\u013ekos\u0165 a tvrdos\u0165 \u013eadu, dobr\u00fd produkt a poctiv\u00fd pr\u00edstup.<br \/>\nAj ke\u010f n\u00e1s \u010dak\u00e1 e\u0161te ve\u013ea pr\u00e1ce, som nad\u0161en\u00fd. Som nad\u0161en\u00fd, \u017ee m\u00e1m okolo seba kvalitn\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed d\u00e1vaj\u00fa do pr\u00e1ce aj k\u00fasok srdca. Uvedomujem si, \u017ee dnes mus\u00edm robi\u0165 pre hos\u0165a 3x to\u013eko, ako som robil pred 10-timi rokmi a zarob\u00edm e\u0161te menej. Inak to v\u0161ak nejde, ke\u010f chceme, aby mie\u0161an\u00fd drink pre\u017eil.<br \/>\nMysl\u00edm si, \u017ee \u013eudia viac za\u010dali rozli\u0161ova\u0165 kvalitu. N\u00e1jdu sa hostia, ktor\u00ed chc\u00fa by\u0165 prekvapovan\u00ed, ktor\u00ed chc\u00fa vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 nov\u00e9 veci. Mus\u00ed to v\u0161ak by\u0165 pre nich jasne zrozumite\u013en\u00e9, cenovo primeran\u00e9 a pod\u00e1van\u00e9 v spr\u00e1vnom \u010dase. \u010cerstv\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de, kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 cappuccino, drinky, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa s\u00edce objemovo men\u0161ie, ale chu\u0165ovo vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9. Ver\u00edm, \u017ee pomaly, ale \u00a0iste aj v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie mno\u017estvo host\u00ed za\u010dne odmieta\u0165 Cuba Libre, v ktorom je d\u00e1vka rumu utopen\u00e1 ve\u013ek\u00fdm mno\u017estvom lacnej koly, \u010di mojito, s roztopen\u00fdm \u013eadom, ktor\u00e9 je takmer bez rumu a e\u0161te za to bezosty\u0161ne p\u00fdtaj\u00fa 6 Eur. \u017de sa bud\u00fa ohlasova\u0165, \u017ee to naozaj nie je v poriadku a nechc\u00fa by\u0165 viac klaman\u00ed&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ako som spom\u00ednal, m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee sa cocktailov\u00fd \u017eivot z Bratislavy vytr\u00e1ca. Zostal iba na p\u00e1r miestach. Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 v\u0161ak je, \u017ee sa za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa ukazova\u0165 in\u00e9 mest\u00e1 na Slovensku, kde je cocktail in\u00fd &#8211; poctiv\u00fd a kvalitn\u00fd, pripravovan\u00fd naozajstn\u00fdmi profesion\u00e1lmi, ktor\u00ed dbaj\u00fa na detaily.
